Aaron Goach

Aaron Goach is a co-founder and the Chairman and CEO of Global Criterion Solutions, a strategic venture capital firm and Google Partner owned and managed by Harvard-trained professionals with an aggregate of more than three decades of experience incubating emerging companies and promoting frontier technologies, sustainability solutions and impact investing in the Philippines, Indochina and other frontier markets across the APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation), ASEAN (Association for Southeast Asian Nations) and SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) regions.

A Harvard-trained lawyer, Mr. Goach’s career spans the fields of law, business and government. He began his career on Wall Street before moving to Hong Kong after the Asian Financial Crisis to work on the listing of China’s public enterprises, including the 2006 US$22 billion dual listing of ICBC, then the largest IPO in world history, during his tenure at Merrill Lynch.

Currently, Mr. Goach is active in the alternative energy industry in ASEAN, where Global Criterion Solutions is a distributor of the revolutionary STXMultifeed waste-to-energy gasifier technology.  Mr. Goach was also a pioneer of the offshore contact center and BPO (business process outsourcing) industry, having co-founded and incubated a number of successful BPO companies over the past decade, including LPO Manila, the Philippines’ first and only offshore LPO (legal process outsourcing) specialist owned and operated exclusively by experienced international lawyers.

Mr. Goach is a Bretton Woods Committee Member, Independent Power Producers Forum Officer, American Citizens Abroad Philippines Chairman, Republicans Overseas Philippines Chairman and Hong Kong Vice Chairman, International Care Ministries Advisory Board Member and a regular ADB, APCAC, APEC, ASEAN Business Club, IMF, World Bank and World Economic Forum Delegate.

He has appeared on Bloomberg Television, CNN and other media networks and has been featured in The American Lawyer, Asian Legal Business, Corporate Counsel Magazine, Euromoney, FinanceAsia, International Financial Law Review and other major publications.

Mr. Goach is a graduate of the Harvard Law School where he was an economics Teaching Fellow in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard College and Business Manager of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy and is a Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College (Pennsylvania), where he was a Charles A. Dana Foundation Scholar.
